Artistic integrity and high-quality performance are guaranteed by Gillespie’s former musical collaborator and the artistic director, producer and bass guitarist of the band, John Lee. The master himself would be delighted to see what good hands his legacy (the music he himself stated somewhat immodestly was the classical music of the future) is in.
